While this is not the instant solution, it can be a very good choice if you do not want to spend as much as a laser treatment or if you do not want to experience any pain during the process. The cost of tattoo removal using fading creams or gels would depend on how much you would use. This would also depend on the size of the mark that you want to fade out.
